Remove makeup and oils so the wand glides evenly.
2️⃣ Add a generous layer of gel
Use a plain, water-based gel. If it starts to feel prickly, add more gel.
3️⃣ Pick a color, start on level 1
Press MODE to choose a color and the power button to change the level. Go up only when it feels comfortable.
4️⃣ Glide upward and outward
About five minutes in slow strokes. Keep it away from your eyes, temples and the front of your neck.
5️⃣ Wipe and finish
Wipe the metal head, rinse off the gel, then apply your serum or moisturizer.
6️⃣ Charge and store
Charge it when the display shows low battery and keep it dry between uses.

Shipping takes 5 to 20 days. If your wand fails from a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery, we replace it. If we cannot replace it, we refund it. Send us a photo or short video of the fault and we take it from there. Misuse and accidental damage aren't covered.
